The series represented the alternative disco sounds that formed the basis for the Boogie Munsters crew. The Late 00s welcomed a new breed of alternative disco sound - slower, lower, longer... funkier... There was a handful of new labels popping up around the globe with TZ's Tugboat Edits series leading the way in the Windy City.
