The Boogie Munsters Crew and Star Creature are teaming up to release 3 COVID-19 Relief type mixtapes to benefit some our crew members businesses and livelihoods. All proceeds will be donated to the relief funds of the respected businesses mentioned.

Shout to out to all our friends and fam employed by Wild Prairie Vinyl and Vintage and Gramaphone Records. These two shops are integral to the Chicago DJ and Music Scene and are two of the biggest supporters of Star Creature Releases.

Also shout out to all the great folks at Danny's Tavern. The best bar for DJs and Dancing in Chicago. A cultural institution and home for all. All the members of our crew host our different nights there and its the staff and their uncompromising tastes that have kept it cool for way longer than any of us have been of age to even get in.

These are super DIY style tapes. Recorded on Vintage Tape Gear and then duplicated on a super janky 80s style Hi-Speed tape duplicator on some dead stock white all white blank tapes from who knows when. J-Cards were printed and hand-cut at the Star Creature HQ as well. The result is a SICK ass lofi mixtape experience. The digital files are also available for those faint at heart.

All Sales Final.

30 copies of each tape. 45 minutes of each side. 90 minutes total.
Only 3 different tapes for now, but hopefully we can continue these to benefit some of our other homies here and elsewhere.
