From Tug Boatmen himself: "I was in Poland last year digging at SideOne Records and came across a real nice 10" from Phil. I shipped it back to the US along with a bunch of other records but somehow the 10" got misplaced and didn't connect with it until a year later. I then hit up Phil to share some Star Creature stuff and see if he had any material for that label.
